Delivery Information

Everything you need to know about how your football cards and sealed products will be packed and delivered.

Processing your order

We aim to prepare and dispatch standard orders within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, live breaks, product launches or major card releases, dispatch may take slightly longer.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent using the delivery option selected at checkout. The available services, estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed before payment.

Protective packaging

Cards and sealed products are carefully packaged to help protect them from damage while in transit.

Dispatch confirmation

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be included when a tracked service has been used.

Live break orders

Cards from live breaks will normally be dispatched after the break has taken place and the cards have been sorted and securely packaged.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed unless the selected service specifically states otherwise.

Orders should be delivered within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you. If there is a significant delay, please contact us so we can investigate it.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include your order number, photographs of the packaging and photographs of the affected items.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbours and any safe place before contacting us.
